How Can severe Shoulder Pain Be Treated?
right shoulder pain that travels down the arm and also hurts on the left side. cant lay my arms down by my side or barely left the right shoulder. no injury, been this way for 9 or ten months. nerve test normal. neck mri normal? anti-flammatory meds dont help. fingers very still in mornings. cant put pressure on right shoulder.

Probably you may be suffering from nerve compression with radiculopathy.
Get MRI cervical spine with nerve conduction study.
Use tablet pregabalin.
Consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
